Use of this instrument facilitates the most direct approach to the shoulder by retraction of soft tissue and exposure of the humeral head and the glenoid cavity. This retractor features a T-shaped piece that is affixed to a flat slightly bent fenestrated piece. Additionally it is available in two size to accommodate the variety that is encountered in different patients.
